Translations are automatically sent back to Magento when our translators finish translating and have signed off. When a translation is ready to be published the job’s status will change to Ready to Publish. You can choose to publish a few items at a time, or and entire job all at once.
Publishing Options
| Option | Description |
| Publish Selected | Select each item you want to publish and click the Submit button. When the translations are published the item’s status will update to Published. Items that have not been published will remain as Not Published. |
| Publish All | To publish all translations at once, click the Publish All Translations button. You do not need to select any items when doing this. |
| View in Back-end & Front-end | Once a translation is published, it can be viewed in the store view’s back-end, as well as in-context on the front-end of the target store. Translations are only visible in the front-end if the item’s visibility is set accordingly. |
