The Billing page allows you to view, update, or cancel your current subscription plans, payment methods, and billing information. You can also view your invoice history.
Note: This page is limited to the Account Owner.
You can access the Billing page by navigating to Settings > Billing from the sidebar menu.
Free Trial
When signing up to Straker Verify for the first time, you are automatically signed up for a free 30-day trial period. You have full access to Straker Verify and can add unlimited users to your Verify Organization during the trial period.
Once your trial period has ended, access to the platform will be paused until a subscription plan is purchased.
Purchasing a Plan
Straker offers one simple plan for Straker AI Cloud which includes Straker Verify. Our plans can be found in the Settings > Billing section in Straker Verify.
Perform the following to purchase a plan:
- Go to Settings > Billing in Straker Verify.
- Click on the Start subscription button of your current subscription to start your Straker AI Cloud plan.
- Select your credit card or add a payment method, and then click Start Plan.
- Once subscribed, your new subscription plan will show in your current plans list.
Canceling a Plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription, perform the following:
- Go to Settings > Billing in Straker Verify.
- Click on the Cancel plan button of your current subscription.
- Click Cancel plan to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will still be available until the end of your billing period.
Renewing a Plan
Your subscription will automatically be renewed at the end of the billing period if there is a valid credit card associated with your account.
Note: We will send a email reminder to the Account Owner 7 days before your subscription is due for renewal.
To renew your subscription, perform the following:
- Go to Settings > Billing in Straker Verify.
- Click on the Renew plan button of your current subscription.
- The Renew your plan window appears. Click Renew plan to confirm your subscription renewal.
- If the subscription you renewed was previously canceled before the end of its billing period, then the renewal date will be set to start after its current billing period ends.
- If the billing period of the subscription you renewed has already passed, then the renewal date will start immediately.
Updating Your Billing Information
To update your billing information, perform the following:
- Go to Settings > Billing in Straker Verify.
- Click on the Update information button.
- Update your billing information, and then click Save to save the changes.
