Translation Settings (for IBM users)
IBM users can use Translation Settings without adding the Straker Translate app as long as the users have been added to the correct workspace.
Guidelines:
- Only Admins can make the changes to Translation Settings.
- Non-logged-in users who have not added the Straker Translate app can be added to channels and their messages will be translated.
- For logged in users who make changes to the translation settings, notifications will be added for any changes made to the channel settings.
- For all other functions such as video file upload, Document MT users will need to add the Straker Translate App and use Direct Login.
Note: Only channel managers can configure channel translation, so other users do not need to take any action. If users have a strong need to translate channels into a specific language, they should contact the channel manager.
