How do I log in?
You can log in to your Straker LanguageCloud account by going to our landing page and inputting your existing Delta Ray login credentials or newly created credentials if you are a new client.
How long does the setup take?
With a seamless process, once your credentials have been created you’ll have immediate access to Straker LanguageCloud.
Can I have multiple users on my Straker LanguageCloud account?
Yes, you can have multiple users with different roles and permissions on your account to collaborate on translation projects, as well as collaborate with other users on Slack or Teams.
What happens once my plan is updated in LanguageCloud? Will I receive an email notification?
When your plan is updated in LanguageCloud, you will receive an email notification confirming the change. The email will provide details about your updated plan and any changes to your billing information.
If my plan is updated to the Free trial, will I receive an email notification?
No, if your plan is updated to the Free trial, no email notification is sent automatically. However, if you have specific preferences or requirements for email notifications, please let us know, and we can explore automated email options.
Why do I need to select a member when moving to a Free trial of LanguageCloud, and what is the role of the Account Owner?
When transitioning to a Free Trial or any plan, it is necessary to assign a member as the Account Owner. The Account Owner manages billing and account-related activities. If you need to change the Account Owner, you can do so within the CRM settings.
Why do I need to select a group, and what does it represent?
Selecting a group determines the billing group associated with your plan. While it may not be significant during the Free trial, it becomes relevant when you choose a paid plan.
When does my free trial start?
From the moment you get your account set up, you’ll be able to enjoy your free trial.
How long is my trial period?
By default, the trial period is set to 30 days.
How do I know when my free trial ends?
You’ll receive a notification within LanguageCloud letting you know that you’re approaching the end of your free trial. You will then receive a final reminder email on the day it ends.
Can I view the number of days left in my trial period?
The Account Owner can view the remaining trial days under the Billing page. Clients can also access this information.
Will I receive a notification before the end of my trial period?
Yes, clients are sent a reminder email seven days before their trial (or any plan) expires. This helps you stay informed about the approaching end of your plan.
What connectors are available in LanguageCloud, and how do they compare to Enterprise?

Is it possible to run content through the LanguageCloud API using different workflows?
Yes, you can send jobs via the LanguageCloud API using various workflow types. This means you can have some jobs processed with a traditional "translation" model while others use AI translation or other specified workflows, providing flexibility for different content needs.
Can I send API jobs via Slack or Teams Apps?
No, sending API jobs via Slack or Teams Apps is not supported. API jobs and Workplace Apps are two distinct methods of submitting content for translation, and they are not compatible with each other. API jobs are processed separately from Workplace Apps.
