You can filter and sort files in their batch list according to different parameters such as TJ number, file name, word count, validation status, etc.
See the options below to search, filter, or sort files:
- Search by file name. The following are three ways to search using the file name:
- Enter the file name in the search box, and then press Enter.
- Copy your file name from the Batch Name column, paste it into the search box, and then press Enter.
- Enter the partial file name of your file on the search box, and then press Enter.
- Enter the file name in the search box, and then press Enter.
- Filter by TJ number to see batches related to a single project. The following are the two ways to filter by TJ number:
- Select the TJ number from the Job ID dropdown list.
- Enter the TJ number in the Job ID field, and then press Enter.
- Select the TJ number from the Job ID dropdown list.
- Sort or filter files by Job ID, file name, word count, or chronological order. Choose an option from the Sort By dropdown list.
- Sort or filter files by status. Choose an option from the Status dropdown list.
