Your people

Note: Only members with the Group Admin permission can access the People and Validators sections in LanguageCloud.

People are members of the business who can submit quote requests from the company’s name. Members have either an Admin or a User status. 

• Admins - can see all the jobs submitted by the members of their company
                - can add or delete users, or change a user’s accessibility within the group
• Users - can only see the jobs submitted 

To add a new member, click + Invite Member. This will generate an email invitation to the new member for confirmation – the email will be used as the username and the member will be asked to create their password. 

There are 3 sections available to view within the People section:

• APPROVED – lists current LanguageCloud members
• PENDING – lists members that need Admin approval to gain access to LanguageCloud
• INVITED – lists members that need to accept their email invitation
